H&M, whose website is still fairly new, do cater for larger sizes via several ways.
Firstly, they have a plus size range- BiB, which sells sizes 18-28. I haven't bought anything from this range but I am looking at this shirt:
I won't buy it but it looks nice as its sightly flared which means it'll skim over lumps. The BiB section has trousers, shorts, top and dresses for sale from about £5, which is very reasonable. It is still quite a small selection considering the size of their standard size 6-16 ranges, but I'm sure over time H&M will add more products with demand.
They also have a Divided range which is aimed at older teens. They have brilliant shirts and vests for as little as £2. They are great quality and, even though the label says 16, I always buy them. They sell some of their Ladies clothes in sizes 6-28, but you have to have a bit of a look through. The dress I mentioned before from H&M was actually a size 24, but I'm an 18/20 so their sizes are off in this section. It is really pretty though and I'm so pleased I bought it.
So I suggest you look around on the site and in store and ALWAYS try stuff on.
